Every season is one of becoming, but not always one of blooming.

I have created for myself an existence so full and vibrant that the walls of my studio have begun to feel like a cage. Professional and personal happenings over the last two years, including the birth of my beautiful daughter and a long spate of ill health that became a journey to physical and mental wellness, have become my current passion project in The Ephemeral Life.  It will be a space dedicated to all of the things that have guided not only this business, but my own personal growth, exploring topics such as health, fitness and wellness, fashion and fabrication, small business ownership, florals, family, food and lifestyle. Join me as I document my experiences, adventures, and insights along the way! 

Our new chapter will begin with a move to Charlotte, NC and reinvigorating a fulfilled and balanced life in a new, vibrant community and culture through our artistry and creativity.  From crafting unique home decor pieces to designing modern, sustainable and wearable art, I hope to provide you with  step-by-step guides and inspiration to embrace your own creative endeavors, whatever they may be!

As I continue on a weight loss journey more than 75lbs down, I am firm advocate for integrative whole health and wellness and wish to share my knowledge and insights with you. We hope to showcase our favorite recipes, highlighting seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and sharing tips to help you establish a wholesome relationship with food. This effort continues with our dedicated companion project, "I'm With You: A Wellness Podcast", featuring guided mediations and workouts and episodes based on incorporating healthy habits in every aspect of our lives from stress management to mental and emotional healing through mindfulness to empower you in taking control of your life.

Through The Ephemeral Life, we will begin to strike a balance between focusing on personal well-being and nurturing strong family connections through practice. From parenting tips to creating meaningful traditions that bind us closer together, our family comes to the forefront of this amazing story with anecdotes, advice, and insights in life lived fully and well!

As much as we love and thrive in this aspect of our existence, our presence is much more full and for this reason, we are choosing to throw ourselves all in to only that which brings us joy and fulfillment, even if we're not experts in our many new endeavors and whims, or even if they are transient. 

Because that is what life truly is - beautiful chaos, bursting into existence like a flower from the earth, growing, consuming, blooming and transitioning once again into the soil as part of the rebirth. 

Life is beauty unrivaled, yet brief. 

Life is fleeting.
