How can I place an order?
The best way to employ our services is to call us directly. We love talking to our clients to come up with a custom arrangement that reflects not only you as the sender, but what the flowers will also symbolize to the lucky recipient.

Why don't you provide exact arrangements for order?
At Crown Heritage, we like to think of ourselves more as floral artists than your run-of-the-mill wire florist. We utilize our signature styles to elevate classic designs and to provide modern arrangements that WOW! As well, we allow our trusted partners to provide us with fresh, seasonal and unique stems that we can't always predict or promise to our clients.
This model allows us to really showcase our creativity, as well as finding the inspiration in our blooms that sets us apart. For these reasons and many more, we have chosen to work with each and every client to create their own special, albeit finite, work of art.
Why are your flowers so expensive?
Contrary to popular belief, we provide the most affordable designer stems in the area and encourage those we quote to price check! While we may never be able to compete with the cost of grocery store flowers, we pride ourselves on providing luxury blooms that maintain their freshness and quality for 10-14 days - and for some varieties up to 21! - versus the 4-5 day vase life of your average grocery store flowers.
Why would you pay your hard earned money for something you can't even enjoy?
To the left is a picture of a bud vase we set in a client's vacation rental property - after 11 days in a 70-degree environment. These flowers had never had their water changed, never had a trim and still maintained their integrity until after the guests' stay was complete.
In conclusion: you get what you pay for!
How do I keep my flowers as long as possible?
Our long-lasting stems benefit from just a little TLC to maximize their vase life - we have had client's contact us up to 3 weeks after delivery to rave that their flowers are still beautifully in place or lasted until a day or two before.
The best way to keep your flowers fresh is allow as much water to stay in the vase as possible at all times. We do not use floral preservative in any of our designs - we only dechlorinate our water by leaving it out on the counter overnight before we decide to clean and refill our vase.
We tend to trim the ends of the flowers every other day under running water so as to not let air into the veins of the stem before replacing them in a clean and full vase. Vases are best cleaned with a solution of 3 parts water and one part bleach and are safest for your stems once rinsed very thoroughly
We recommend keeping your bouquet in a cool location, away from direct sunlight and appliances or electronics that give off heat.
We do not recommend placing any flowers in a residential refrigerator, as they are far colder than the coolers we use in our studio.
I want/wanted a recreation of a design you or someone else made. Why is the final arrangement different?
When you order flowers from our studio, we will be very honest and upfront that we are NOT in the business of recreating our own previous designs to the letter or taking another florist's intellectual property. If that is what you are looking for, we would be happy to find another local florist to suit your needs.
While we will take inspiration from a design element or two that you like in another work, please remember that each and every design is custom made; even for events, no two arrangements will be exactly alike because there have never been no two flowers or greenery accents that are exactly alike.
We will always make every effort to accommodate your special design or product requests, but we will put the integrity of our designers, our creativity, our designs themselves and the quality of our flowers above all else. While we may not always be able to promise you that *exact* flower in that *exact* color, or that *exact* place, we do promise you a beautiful design every time.
